This is the newly released SAO P229 Legion with the Romeo 1 PRO optic, high suppressor XRAY 3 night sights, black coating and LE LEGION grips.  Legion medallion is removed on the PRO version.  Photo is not of the updated gun.  These are not available anywhere else.
