PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
STICKS AND STONES ARMS is not responsible for persons who are not legally allowed to take possession of a product they purchase. “L”, “W”, or “LE” in a firearm or other product SKU’s indicate a restricted purchase item and you must qualify under 1 or more categories listed on the homepage. All SIG SAUER optics fall under the same program unless those products which specifically are identified as commercial. STICKS AND STONES ARMS is not responsible for non-qualified purchases of program items. We have several notices incorporated throughout the purchasing process to make it clear.
If you purchase a firearm from us and you are not legally able to take possession in the state you reside, the order will be canceled and you will be charged 6% for processing fees. There are no exceptions. Similarly, if you purchase a restricted program firearm or optic, the order will be canceled and you will be charged 6% for processing costs. For example, you reside in California and you are not exempt from the roster requirements, but you purchase an off roster firearm; your order will be canceled and you will be charged 6% for our processing costs.

CANCELLATIONS:
Canceled orders are refunded in full as long as the item isn’t a special order. Orders processed and awaiting serials are refunded minus 3-6% to recoup our processing fees.

Returns
If there is a patent defect or incorrect firearm shipped to your FFL, DO NOT TAKE POSSESSION OF IT. Once you take possession of the firearm, it is yours. Defects in workmanship will fall under factory warranties. We recommend contacting us before contacting the manufacturer.
All other items are subject to restocking fees and transaction fees. There is no set percentage on returns. Some items will cost more to restock than others. The reason for the return dictates associated fees. Returning a product because you simply do not like it will result in higher restocking fees. Opened items will also result in higher restocking fees. Fees can range between 2-8% of the total checkout cost, plus shipping.
Shipping Policy (Generally)
Firearms are shipped only to Federal Firearms Licensed Dealers or Law Enforcement agencies for agency purposes only. Handguns are shipped 2-day air or equivalent. Long guns are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground only. Extended lead times will be published on the homepage.
